CHICKEN CORN CHOWDER 
2 slices bacon, diced
1/2 lb. potatoes, diced (may be unpeeled)
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
3 green onions, sliced (include green part)
2 tbsp. flour
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 c. milk
1 can creamed corn

Cook bacon. Remove and drain. Cook potatoes and onions in bacon drippings until done. Precook chicken in microwave or poach in water. Add precooked chicken and potatoes and cook until chicken is completely done.

Sprinkle flour over chicken, stir. Add milk and creamed corn. Cook until thick. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble and add reserved bacon. Makes 7 cups - children like this "one dish" meal.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
