PIZZOLA STEAKS 
2 lg. fillet chuck steak, trimmed and cut into strips
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 tbsp. oregano
Fresh parsley, chopped fine

Place steak strips in a 12 inch skillet. Add tomatoes, garlic, parsley, oregano and basil. Cover, cook over low heat, 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender Serve over spaghetti or rice.
