MEDITERRANEAN PASTA | |
2 cloves garlic, minced 1/3 c. olive oil 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 med. tomatoes, chopped 1/2 c. ripe pitted olives, each cut in half 1/4 tsp. salt 4 oz. feta cheese Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in medium skillet, saute garlic in oil 3 minutes until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, olives, oregano, salt and pepper; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered 5 minutes. Drain spaghetti, place in large bowl. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Garnish. |
