HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 pkg. boneless chicken breast (1 to 1 1/2 lbs.), cooked and cut up in bite-size pieces 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. onions 3/4 c. Miracle Whip 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. crushed potato chips 2 tsp. chopped pimentos (optional) Combine celery, onions, Miracle Whip, soup, salt, pepper and pimentos. Then add chicken to mixture. Put mixture into casserole dish and top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until chips start to turn light golden brown. |
