HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. celery, diced
1 c. sliced almonds
2 tsp. minced onion
Dash of onion powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. potato chips, crushed

Combine chicken, celery and almonds. Blend in onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix lightly until blended well. Place in greased casserole pan, (10 inch). Top with Parmesan cheese and potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
