HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 sm. can Fri-Chik diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. celery diced
2 tbsp. pimento
4 hard cooked eggs
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. chips

Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese and potato chips. Sprinkle cheese over top, then crush potato chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour or until edges are bubbly.
