2 lbs. steamed shrimp 1 lb. can crabmeat 1 c. minced onion 4 tbsp. butter 2 bay leaves 1/2 c. diced celery 1 tbsp. minced parsley 1 c. chopped green pepper 5 c. water 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt Dash of garlic Pinch of black pepper 2 tsp. salt 2 dashes cayenne pepper Saute all ingredients, except tomato paste, shrimp and crabmeat. Blend in tomato paste. Cook slowly for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in shrimp and crabmeat. Cook another 20 minutes. Serve over rice. |
