GUACAMOLE DIP 
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 med. tomato, quartered
1 sm. onion, quartered
2 to 4 small jalapeno peppers
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 tsp. salt
2 lg. ripe avocados, cut in pieces

Put all ingredients in a blender, process at blend until smooth. Serve with corn chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
