WOODFORD PUDDING 
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. blackberry jam
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten, separately

Cream ingredients; fold in egg whites. Bake in shallow greased baking dish for about 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with sauce.

BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. boiling water
Dash of salt
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
