ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
2 cloves garlic (fine)
3 eggs, beaten well with 1/4 c. hot water

Add all of the above ingredients, mix well. Fry in vegetable oil to golden brown. Simmer in your favorite sauce for 1 hour. Makes approximately 18 to 22 meatballs.
