LINDA'S HOLIDAY POTATOES 
1 pkg. grated frozen hash browns
2/3 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cube butter
1/2 pt. sour cream

Mix potatoes with cheese. Heat butter. Saute onion. Add soup and stir until bubbly. Pour hot mixtures over potatoes and cheese, stir gently. Fold in sour cream and spoon into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
