CEBELLER SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 bell pepper, grated
1 can tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
2-3 carrots, grated
7 oz. pkg. spaghetti
1/2 lb. Velveeta

Brown beef with onion; add pepper, carrots, and tomatoes. Cook until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to directions. Add to meat mixture with soup and Velveeta; mix well.
