SPICED PECANS 
1 lb. pecans
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat egg white and water together a little. Pour in pecans and stir until coated. In a plastic bag add sugar, cinnamon, salt and shake to mix. Add pecans and shake until coated.

Bake at 300 degrees on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Flip pecans over and bake for another 15 minutes.
