PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Combine the meat, rice, onion and spices; mix well. Form into walnut size balls. Place the meatballs in a baking dish. Combine the soup and water, blending well. Pour over the meatballs. Bake 60-80 minutes at 350 degrees.
