TERIYAKI STEAK 
4 lbs. round steak
1/4 ginger root (2 pieces fresh)
1 clove garlic
Enough soy sauce and water (1/2 x 1/2) to cover steaks
Sugar to taste

Mash 1 clove garlic, ginger root, and mix with liquid (soy sauce- brandy or cooking wine). Let steak marinate 4 to 5 hours. Depending on quality of steak. Cut steak in cubes and put in wooden sticks then marinate then cook in outside grill.
