OVEN BAKED SPARERIBS 
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. sugar
2 lb. spareribs

Combine all ingredients. Pour over spareribs and marinate overnight, turning several times. Line shallow pan with foil. Preheat oven to 350°F. Roast ribs, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Turn heat down to 325°F and roast for 15 more minutes. (When shrinking occurs, ribs are done.)
