Great tasting diet dressing; only 12 calories per tablespoon. 1 c. fresh tomato juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice OR vinegar 1 tbsp. chopped celery leaves 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1 garlic clove 1 c. oil 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. horseradish Pinch of sweet basil Sweetener, if desired Place in blender all ingredients. Cover and blend at high speed, 3 to 5 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Shake before serving. |
