IRISH SODA BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
Tip of spoon of baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 qt. sour cream

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl; set aside. Then mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Pour dry into wet and knead it. Use a medium iron frying pan. Grease and flour bottom. Then put mixture in and flour top of bread. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
