BAKED ONIONS 
12 med. onions
1 (3 3/4 oz.) potato chips, crushed
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
2 cans mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
Dash of red pepper

In 9 x 13 inch buttered casserole, place layers of thinly sliced onions, potato chips and cheese. Stir milk into soup, pour over onion mixture. Sprinkle red pepper over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
