BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten well
1 c. Durkees mayonnaise

Thaw and drain broccoli well. Mix all ingredients. Pour in casserole. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
