CHICKEN OR TURKEY RICE DISH 
1 1/2 c. rice
4 or 5 slabs of chicken or turkey
1 envelope of dried onion mix
4 tbsp. butter
3 or 4 c. water
1 pinch of parsley

Melt butter in frying pan. Saute meat parts lightly brown. Take out of pan and add dry rice and a package of onion soup to butter and brown meat. Add parsley; stir until mixture is browned. Then add water and bring to boil. Simmer until rice is cooked and mixture has thickened to required texture.
