SALMON PATTIES 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. milk or more if needed
1 lb. can salmon, sock eye, drained & flaked
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. green onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
