UNSTUFFED PORK CHOPS 
About 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick or so
1 1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
4 1/2 c. herb or sage and onion stuffing mix (Brownberry ovens best)
1 c. coarsely chopped unpeeled apple

Brown pork chops; set aside in saucepan. Heat water and butter to simmer. Add stuffing mix and apple. Stir lightly until absorbed. Spoon stuffing mixture into greased 9 inch baking pan; arrange dish with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.

Makes 5-6 servings.
