1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. apples, sliced thin
1 c. nuts

Mix in order given. Spread in pan and bake at 350°F until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
