HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 bag carrots
Potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix

In 13x9 cake pan, press meat in bottom of pan, press firmly. Sprinkle with pepper. Slice carrots over meat. Slice potatoes over carrots.

Mix 1/2 cup water with cream of mushroom soup. Pour over ingredients. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Do not salt. Bake at 350.
