GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 env. Lipton's dry onion soup mix
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. hot water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
Garlic powder to taste
Nutmeg, a couple sprinkles

Brown meat and pour off grease. Add other ingredients except sour cream and cook about 45 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. Add water if mixture gets too thick. Remove from heat and cool slightly before adding sour cream so that it doesn't curdle. Reheat gently. Serve over cooked egg noodles, rice, spaghetti, or mashed potatoes.
