CONNIE GONZALEZ'S BEEF
STROGANOFF
 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 sm. can mushrooms, undrained
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
3 c. water
1 c. sour cream

Brown ground beef in Dutch oven and pour off far. Add soup mix, mushrooms, egg noodles and water in that order. Stir well, cover and cook 20 minutes or until noodles are tender. Then stir in sour cream and cook 5 minutes longer and serve.
