“CINNAMON APPLE MUFFINS” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CORN MUFFINS

CINNAMON APPLE MUFFINS 
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted*
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup finely chopped apples

Heat oven to 375°F.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into muffin liners.

Bake 18-23 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

* Substitute butter with Canola Oil.

Great recipe! Made these today with apples AND blueberries(in the same batter). I made mini muffins. Hubby had two and came back for 2 more. Good thing I made little ones. This was so easy and they turned out great. Thanks! :)

I loved the recipe, except I definitely added brown sugar to the ingredient content. I also sprinkled some on top right before putting them in the oven.
