ZUCCHINI RELISH 
10 c. squash, chopped
4 onions
1 hot pepper
1 green or red pepper

Grind all together and add 3 tablespoons salt and stand overnight. Then add:

2 1/2 c. vinegar
3 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. pepper

Bring to a boil and add 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in a little vinegar. Boil 2 minutes and seal.
