BAKED LEMON CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Hot cooked rice (optional)

Place chicken in lightly greased 12x7x2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except rice. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender, basting frequently. Serve with hot cooked rice.
