CRAB FETTUCINI 
6 oz. fettucini
1/4 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. half & half (more if you like)
1 pkg. Louis Kemp's Crab Delights
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Cook fettucini according to package. Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium until garlic is lightly browned. Add crab to heat. Add half and half and pepper. Heat about 5 minutes or until it bubbles. Add cheese and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. (I toss over heat.) Toss fettucini with crab sauce. Serve immediately. Use green and white fettucini for an attractive delicious dish! Yields: 4 (1 cup) servings.
