CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped green chilies, drained
1 jar chopped pimentos, drained
6 c. slightly crushed Doritos
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix together all ingredients except Doritos and cheese. Cover the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish with 1 cup chips. Layer in order 1/2 chicken mixture, 1/3 of cheese. Repeat, ending with chips, topped with cheese. Refrigerate at least 1 hour (or overnight). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 8 to 10 people.
