ALMOND CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked cubed chicken
1 c. halved seedless green grapes
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
4 oz. slivered toasted almonds
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sour cream

Combine chicken, celery, grapes and almonds in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper over mixture. Add mayonnaise and sour cream and mix thoroughly. Chill well before serving. Serve on lettuce.
