BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
16 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
Minced onion
8 c. shredded cabbage (1 lg. head)

Brown meat and drain off grease and blot with a paper towel. Mix remaining ingredients, except cabbage and add to meat. Mix well in casserole. Alternate cabbage and meat mixture ending with meat on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
