GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
2/3 c. rice (partly boiled)
1/4 head of cabbage, sliced thin
1 c. tomato soup
1 can water

Brown meat and onion in frying pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix with rice, cabbage, soup and water. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
