CABBAGE & BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 head cabbage

Cook wedges of cabbage in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

Season and fry ground beef. Drain beef and add 1 can tomato sauce. Pour this mixture over cooked wedges of cabbage in a casserole and let the ingredients bubble for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
