BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage, cut into small wedges
1 can tomato soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. onion
1 c. water
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/4 to 1/2 c. raw rice

Place the wedges in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with the onions, ground beef, and rice. Mix soup and water. Add seasoning pour over main ingredients. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
