CABBAGE BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Chop cabbage, put in greased baking dish. Brown meat and onions. Stir in rice and pour over cabbage. Mix soup and water and pour over. Make sure rice is covered. May need to add more water, up to 2 cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
