ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
2 or 3 med. zucchini, sliced thin or shredded
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 box chicken Stove Top Stuffing
1/2 c. melted butter

Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes and drain (can do in microwave). Combine all ingredients and pour in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
