CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 to 8 chicken breasts split and filleted
1 lb. boiled ham or turkey ham
1 lb. Alpine Lace Swiss cheese
1 to 2 sticks butter
1 tsp. salt, optional
1 tsp. paprika
2 c. bread crumbs

Lay breasts flat, place slice of ham and slice of cheese on top. Roll breasts like jelly roll. Melt butter, put in pie plate with salt and paprika. Roll breasts in butter, coating well. Roll breasts in bread crumbs and coat evenly. Place on greased cookie sheet or flat baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
