BROKEN GLASS DESSERT 
24 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. hot pineapple juice
1 pt. whipping cream

Combine sugar, butter and crumbs. Place half of the mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. The remaining half may be sprinkled on top. Dissolve each of the 3 packages of flavored gelatin in 1 1/2 cups hot water. Place in ice cubes trays and allow to set until firm. Cut the gelatin into squares. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water. Add hot pineapple juice. Add 1 tablespoon sugar if juice is unsweetened.

Cool mixture until it has a syrup consistency. Add whipped cream. Add the gelatin squares to the mixture and place in pan. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Serves 12.
