BROKEN GLASS JELLO 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 env. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve each package of Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water and put into three separate 9 inch greased layer pans. When hard or firmly set, cut into 1/2 inch squares.

Soak Knox gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water; when dissolved add 1/4 cup hot water.

Add cooled gelatin mixture, pineapple juice, and sugar to Cool Whip. Beat together. Gently by hand, fold in Jello squares. Pour into a spring form pan or 9 x 13 glass dish. Refrigerate. This is very colorful and delicious dessert.
