ICE - BOX FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (#2 1/2) can fruit cocktail, drained 1 sm. can pineapple tidbits, drained 1/2 lb. sm. marshmallows 1/2 pt. whipping cream SAUCE: 2 eggs, beaten 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. lemon juice Mix sauce together and cook 5 minutes, then cool. Add WHIPPED cream. Then mix fruit and marshmallows and sauce and put in bowl and refrigerate overnight. Serves 8 to 10 people. |
