Nabisco Vanilla Wafer Cookies
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Put one vanilla wafer (round side up) in paper bake cups. Top with above mixture (about 1/2 full), mixed really smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

Top with pie filling. 1 can pie filling will cover about 1 1/2 dozen. The above recipe will make 1 dozen cheese cakes.
