COLD BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli flowerets only
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Bacon, cooked & crisp, crumbled (about 1/4 lb.)
1/2 c. chopped red onion or rings
Chopped black olives, optional

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. wine vinegar

Put salad together the night before and toss with dressing just before serving.
