1 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. bran
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 egg
1 tsp. oil
1 c. milk (approx.)

Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, oil, milk and stir until smooth. Fry in hot pan with very little oil.
