BROILED GRAPEFRUIT 
2 med. grapefruit, halved
12 seedless grapes, sliced
2/3 c. blueberries
2 tbsp. raisins
4 cherries, pitted

Scoop out the grapefruit pulp; save shells. Discard membrane. Mix pulp, grapes, blueberries and raisins. Spoon mixture back into grapefruit shells. Heat under broiler for about 4 minutes, or until hot. Garnish with cherries. One serving (1/2 grapefruit) = 2 fruit exchanges. 80 calories.
