KEY LIME BARS 
1 1/4 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. self-rising or all purpose flour
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c. quick oatmeal, dry
1/3 c. key lime juice

Cream together butter and sugar. Add flour and oatmeal. Pat a little over 1/2 of the crumb mixture in a buttered 9 x 12 inch pan. In a separate bowl, combine milk and slowly stir in juice. Pour over crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture and pat down lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Chill 1 hour. Cut into bars.
