POP-OVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce mix, tomato sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into greased 13x9 inch pan. Top with cheese slices.

Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy. Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth. Pour batter over meat filling; spread to cover completely. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cut into squares. Serve while hot. Makes 8 servings.
