LASAGNA 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. dry spaghetti sauce seasoning mix
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage, ground beef; drain. Stir in soup, tomato sauce, mushrooms, seasoning mix and salt. Mix well. Layer in 2 quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish 1/3 cooked noodles, 1/3 meat mixture, 1/2 cottage cheese, and half Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. On third layer of noodles, spread last 1/3 meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or microwave 20-25 minutes on roast. Cut in squares and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
